This ensures an ideal, natural environment in the living areas that preclude the need for air conditioning in these open spaces.

You enter the property from the north. The large size of the house (approximately 18,000 sq. ft.) is muted by its being placed in off-set to the cul-de-sac that brings one to it.

To the south, the lush tropical vegetation that surrounds the various modules de-emphasize its footprint and belie its grandeur, without obstructing its inspiring view of the Caribbean Sea.
